Dear beneficiaries,

Asylum seekers have a right to work 9 months after the asylum application. To make it more understandable – you have a right to work 9 months after you got your asylum seeker’s card. However, you can start working earlier in case you sign temporary service contract. So, you have two options: you can sign working contract 9 months after your asylum application, but you can sign a temporary service contract before.

Dear clients and users,

we would like to inform everyone who comes to Una-Sana canton and manages to find some accommodation in TRCs or private accommodation to contact or approach Vaša prava BiH staff as soon as possible, especially those who are asylum seekers in order to notify the Ministry of security - Asylum sector about your new address. We would also like to inform you that capacities in all TRCs in Una - Sana canton are full and at the moment there are some issues regarding entering Una - Sana canton. For all additional information and assistance, we are at your disposal.
